Job Summary : The JD Edwards (JDE) Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system. This role requires a deep understanding of JDE modules, technical expertise in development tools, and the ability to work closely with business users to ensure that solutions meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and modifications in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne using tools such as Orchestrator, Form Design Aid (FDA), Report Design Aid (RDA), and Event Rules (ER).
- Integrate JDE with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for JDE applications, addressing issues and ensuring system stability and performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and modifications, including design documents, user guides, and process flows.
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of the developed solutions.
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the JDE system up-to-date and aligned with business requirements.
- Provide training and support to team members on new functionalities and enhancements.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure the effective use of JDE and related tools.
