Job Summary :
We are looking for a Technical Write to support cross-functional IT teams by developing and maintaining IT operational standards, documentation, and process workflows . The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing skills, analytical capabilities, and IT knowledge , with experience in IT service management (ITSM), process documentation, and operational improvements .
Key Responsibilities :
- Create, update, and maintain IT operational standards, SOPs, and best practices .
- Develop user guides, technical documentation, and process workflows for IT teams and business users .
- Ensure clarity and consistency in IT policies, security guidelines, and system documentation .
- Utilize tools like Confluence, SharePoint, Git, or other document management platforms .
- Work with IT teams to document Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management processes .
- Assist in workflow automation and standardization of IT operations .
- Collaborate with IT engineers, DevOps teams, and system administrators to document tools, architectures, and integrations.
- Facilitate discussions with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to gather documentation requirements.
- Ensure alignment of documentation with IT governance, compliance, and security policies .
- Provide training materials and knowledge transfer to IT teams as needed.
