Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Administer speech and language evaluations and basic informal audio logical assessments, participating in the development of the Plan of Care.
- Establish reasonable treatment goals, keep treatment care plans current, reassess clients, and make recommendations.
- Provide speech therapy treatments, procedures, evaluations, and diagnostic tests for clients under the direction of their physician.
- Maintain appropriate records of visits, including evaluation and plan of care for speech therapy clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with a Master's degree or higher.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech pathology granted by the American Speech and Hearing Association and currently licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota.
- At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting or equivalent experience; home care experience preferred.
Salary : $40 - $45
