About the Role
We are seeking a qualified CNA to join our team at Adara Home Health. As a Home Health Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal cares such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, routine catheter and colostomy care, ambulation, transfers, or positioning.
- Perform simple dressing changes and assist with physician-ordered medications.
- Range of motion exercises, home exercise programs, and other therapeutic activities as directed by the Registered Nurse or therapist.
You will also be responsible for completing accurate records to document care given and pertinent observations, as well as communicating effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team.
