What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive ADAS Calibration Technician position at ADAS Diagnostic Solutions?
ADAS Diagnostic Solutions is looking to hire an Automotive ADAS Calibration Technician. We will supply in-house training to the right candidate.
Description of role: Our ADAS Calibration technicians perform a wide range of services including: collision repair pre and post diagnostic scans, on-site & mobile ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations, module programming and coding, & general automotive diagnostics. We provide training opportunities through I-Car, along with the opportunity to obtain ASE & OEM certifications, ensuring our technicians are current on new technology and industry standards.
- Performs pre and post collision diagnostic scans. Once completed, provide scans to customers to discuss next steps and professional opinions.
- Performs and documents, ADAS calibrations and system analysis
- Performs minor wiring, connector, and harness repairs
- Interprets and uses technical data and instruction provided by the manufacturer.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through computer based or live training sessions.
- Maintains tools and equipment and checks the calibration and general condition of workshop equipment in line with company policy.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information pertaining to repair plans.
- 1 years of automotive repair and diagnostic scan tool experience.
- Ability to use hand and power tools and other machinery safely
