Job Description
Our client is recognized as one of the world’s most admired companies and an award-winning leader in sustainability. To expand their thriving business in FL, they need a bilingual sales leader to manage their outside sales team.
This role requires a proven sales leader that brings with them a measurable track record of success leading sales professionals.
The ideal candidate will currently be managing a team of field-based sales pros, who thrive selling service-based solutions to business customers of all sizes.
The incumbent will manage a team spread out between two major counties in South Florida, while generating revenue and assisting in the development of their market.

Duties include:
- Establishing and maintaining white-glove level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Consistent and constructive communication with management and team to address and find solutions for issues that arise
- Leading each day by example, while demonstrating exceptional management skills that inspire others to do great work
- Ensure the consistent use of resources provided to capture, process and document sales
- Lead and maintain training efforts for their respective team
- Become the Subject Matter Expert for customers and their sales team

Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both English and Spanish at a professional level
- College degree with 5 years of sales management experience, OR 8 years of industry-related experience and High School Diploma/GED
- 5 years of B2B sales, B2B cold calling, and B2B prospecting
- Preferred: Bi-lingual English/Spanish
- Current experience managing a team of at least 5 sales representatives
