AI Presales Lead (US)

The AI Presales Lead (US) role bridges technical expertise and business acumen, helping clients understand and leverage Adastra AI’s capabilities.

As AI Presales Lead, you will support sales efforts through technical discovery, project scoping, solution demonstrations, and industry insights. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting AI-driven proposals, statements of work, and strategic AI offerings tailored to our clients' needs.

Location: New York, California, Texas, and Florida 

Status: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Support account executives with technical discovery, project scoping, and AI solution estimation
• Develop and refine proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) for AI projects
• Conduct technical demonstrations (50-70% of role) to showcase Adastra AI’s capabilities to clients
• Provide technical oversight for US-centric AI projects, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives
• Stay updated on AI industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and solution architects to refine AI offerings
• Assist in the development of tactical AI solutions and go-to-market strategies
• Engage with key stakeholders to tailor AI solutions for business applications
• Contribute to thought leadership efforts such as webinars, conferences, and industry content
• Ensure adherence to best practices in AI governance, ethical AI, and deployment strategies

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in STEM; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred
• 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a presales, solution oversight, or technical consulting role
• Expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, MLOps, and AI infrastructure
• Experience in technical discovery, solution design, and AI project estimation
• Demonstrated ability to present AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven track record in drafting technical proposals, solution architectures, and SOWs
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and trade-offs in AI solutions
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI governance, ethical AI, and model explainability is a plus
• Strong proficiency with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
• Expertise within the financial services sector would be a huge asset
