Role Overview :
The candidate will lead and inspire a team while performing hands-on design, analysis, verification, and validation of RF, Analog, and Digital Circuits. They will demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting issues on printed circuit boards, using test instrumentation to verify and validate performance metrics such as S-Parameters, P1dB, Noise Figure, Channel Power, and EVM measurements. With a deep understanding of the PCB Design Process—spanning Schematic Capture, PCB Layout, Fabrication, and Assembly—the candidate will drive technical milestones, ensure project success, and push their team to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications :
- 4 years of experience in circuit design, electronics test and measurement, schematic capture, and printed circuit board layout design
- Experience with electronic design tools such as Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS, Altium Designer Design and Analysis of RF Cascades, Link Budgets, Noise Analysis : create thorough Circuit Design Models for RF Characteristics to be verified with test measurements
- Proven track record as a hands-on technical leader, capable of driving teams to achieve challenging milestones and successfully deliver complex RF hardware projects, with the assertiveness to push for results and inspire a high-performing team.
- 2 year of Altium Designer, Schematic Capture, PCB layout, Component Creation Deep Understanding of PCB layout and considerations for on board isolation, signal integrity, power integrity
- Experience with test instruments such as : Oscilloscope, Power Supplies, Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer Experience with Low Noise Amplifiers, Power Amplifiers, Mixers, ADCs / DACs, Phased Locked Loops, Oscillators, Filters
- Fundamental understanding of concepts and measurements : S-Parameters, P1dB, Noise Figure, OIP3, Noise Figure
- Create test plans and procedures for ATP (Acceptance Test Procedure) and Product / Component Qualification Campaigns
