At Adava Care we are committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need. Our team is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents by offering dependable and professional assistance, especially during night hours. We are currently seeking reliable and caring individuals to join our team as 3rd Shift Caregiver (10pm-6am) - part time (24 hours) and full time (32 hours) positions are available. CBRF certification is preferred, training assistance provided for the right candidate.
Position Overview:
As a 3rd Shift Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients during overnight hours. You will provide companionship, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), and monitor the health and safety of individuals under your care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor residents' health and safety, including taking vital signs and reporting any changes.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Remind residents to take medications, if applicable.
- Follow care plans and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care.
- Medication Passing
- Supporting cleanliness and tidiness
Qualifications:
- CBRF certification is preferred, but not required. Training assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working overnight hours.
