What are the responsibilities and job description for the CBRF Caregiver Lead position at Adava Care?
Adava Care is currently hiring for a CBRF Caregiver Team Lead/Residential Care Coordinator at our Neenah location. This is a second shift full time position (2-10PM)

Qualifications:
- CBRF certification - all 4 courses complete and on the WI CBRF Registry
- A valid Driver's License (not probationary or restricted)
- Caregiver experience in a group home setting
- One (1) year lead or supervisor experience
- One (1) year experience with medication passing
Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory of various supplies, ensuring all items are properly dated, stored and accounted for.
- Monitor and chart administration of residents' medications.
- Cook meals and provide snacks to residents
- Document resident daily notes (i.e. daily activities, behaviors, changes, etc.) & accidents/incidents. Including, monitoring and charting administration of residents’ medications.
- Responsible to assist with coverage of extra shifts when replacements cannot be found.
- Assist residents in activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, eating, etc.) & facilitate daily activities, in accordance with the activity schedule.
- Assist management with new team member training.
- Provide shift coverage as needed.
