The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to spearhead our transformation efforts. This pivotal role will focus on bridging the gap between our core hardware products and the potential of digital technology. You will make an impact by...

• Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision for industry transformation, focusing on the integration of digital technology with our foundational hardware products.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, understand emerging trends, and anticipate customer needs in the evolving digital landscape.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through release, including ideation, specification, development, launch, and iteration.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure product objectives are met, timelines are adhered to, and market opportunities are capitalized upon.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and translate their needs into product features and improvements.
• Innovation and Adaptation: Continuously explore new technologies, methodologies, and business models to keep our products and processes at the forefront of the industry.

The talent we want to inspire has... 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on digital products or services.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas with internal and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of taking products from conception to launch.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in market analysis, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.
• Agile/Scrum certification or experience is highly desirable.
