Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the Director of Talent Acquisition and Culture on driving the culture strategy throughout the entire organization.
- Leads committee calls, updates trackers, hosts keynote speakers, oversees budgets, and creates marketing collateral.
- Takes ownership and initiative to drive and influence engagement in company cultural initiatives by building relationships, personally advertising events, engaging with remote employees virtually, visiting construction jobsites, etc.
- Oversees various culture and talent specialty programs and functions, including job fairs, budget management, event planning and execution, calendar management, advertisement, open requisition compliance, referral management, etc.
- Researches and suggests external partnerships to drive culture initiatives, including diverse schools and organizations, community service events, wellness opportunities, etc.
- Partners with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Culture and/or other members of management to help lead special people initiatives and events, including recognition programs, Senior Crew Leader programs, individual employee recognition events, etc.
- Tracks employee satisfaction and cultural alignment of various cultural initiatives through metrics, conducting surveys, gathering feedback, and regular reporting.
- Createss and executes a strategic plan for all career fairs, including nationwide presence, booking, job fair setup, budget management, and after-event candidate generation and ROI results.
- Leads the internal referral program, conducting weekly audits and processing program payouts.
- Oversees internal and external job postings to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Creates internal and external communication, including presentations, event flyers, organizational charts, trackers, reports, agendas, etc.
- Masters relationship building, acting as the main point of contact for all team members regarding the functions overseen.
- Supports special projects and ensures successful project execution from end to end.
- Ability to support a fast-paced, demanding work schedule that can include early mornings, evenings, weekends, etc.

Work Environment:
- This position operates out of corporate headquarters in an office environment.
- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, projectors, copy/fax, and smartphones.
Experience and Education:
- 5 years of high-level administrative experience required.
- Strong event planning and execution experience preferred.
- Prior experience in a talent acquisition role preferred.
- Construction/Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
