As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll be hands-on in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of major public construction projects. What You'll Do:
- Assist Project Managers in daily operations, coordination, and communications
- Help track project budgets, schedules, and compliance
- Interface with subcontractors, vendors, and public agency reps
- Ensure documentation and reporting are accurate and timely
- Contribute to safety, quality control, and team success from day one
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial or public works construction on projects over $5M
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Bluebeam, and Procore
- Familiarity with P6 Primavera, Microsoft Project, and BIM
- OSHA 30 certified and First Aid/CPR certified
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn

Salary : $95,000 - $120,000
