Job Role : SRE Engineer (Infrastructure Support)

Location : Plano, Texas (Dayone Onsite)

Job Type : Full Time

Mandatory Skills :

  • Hands-on experience on SQL, Dynatrace / APM Tool / Log Aggregation tools (Splunk or Logzio or Grafana) with UNIX or Python Scripting

Job Description :

  • Dynatrace - experience in analyzing issue, configuring alerts, creating dashboards (2 to 3 years)
  • SQL Queries - experience in writing complex queries and working with data models (2 to 3 years)
  • Scripting / Programming - Python programming preferred, Shell scripting
  • AWS - Preferred AWS Solution Architect Associate - should have knowledge around EKS, load balancers, EC2, Route 53, Multi region, Cloudwatch querying a must
  • APIs - Good understanding of REST APIs and working experience with Postman / Ready API
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good functional knowledge around Retail and Telecom
