Summary of Role
As an Enterprise Business Development Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving new business on the Enterprise Team. This is a hunter role-ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, hitting metrics, and developing a pipeline from scratch. You'll work alongside our VP of Market Development to drive growth, cultivate leads, and close deals with brands looking for best-in-class digital marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Prospect & Build Pipeline : Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities within the Enterprise segment.
- Cold Outreach : Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and networking to engage prospective clients and build a strong pipeline.
- Lead Nurturing : Qualify, nurture, and manage leads through the sales cycle, maintaining momentum and closing efficiently.
- Client Relationships : Develop meaningful relationships with brands and key decision-makers.
- Networking & Events : Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to build your network, generate leads, and represent AdCellerant.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and ensure ongoing client success.
- Metrics-Driven : Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and growth objectives.
- Entrepreneurial Approach : Identify new opportunities and strategies to drive business growth in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

This role is required to be located near our Denver, CO office , with hybrid work from home flexibility.

Compensation
OTE : Compensation for this role is a combination of salary and commission, targeting a total annual compensation range of $85,000 - $130,000 . The commission structure will be tied to individual achievement of revenue and margin goals, as well as team and company budget achievement.
