The Customer Service (CS) Representative will provide best-in-class customer service to the accounts at Proficient Rx. The CS Representative will assist accounts, team members and vendors with their superior phone, email and back-office systems knowledge. The CS Representative is obsessed with the details and believes each interaction is an opportunity to connect and assist the accounts, vendors and team members. The CS Representative acts as the “voice of Proficient Rx" and has the desire to measurably improve features and functionality that address real solutions to issues that may arise. The CS Representative plays a critical role in connecting accounts, vendors and colleagues’ needs and desires to the development and growth of the Proficient Rx business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond and resolve inbound and outbound customer service inquiries and issues via telephone, email and chat.
- Follow-up with accounts and colleagues regarding outstanding order issues including, but not limited to, order changes, address changes, and order substitutions.
- Communicate professionally with warehouse staff on all account order handling and changes; provide feedback on best practices with warehouse process and communication.
- Provide suggestions on process improvements within the Customer Service area and work alongside other CS team members on platform functionality and CS best practices.
- Enter, track and follow-up on orders through the system, ensuring accuracy and policy enforcement.
- Daily review of orders received and entered to identify and communicate any delays or concerns for outstanding orders to the executive team.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service, driven to improve constantly.
- Provide team assistance on the front lines of customer account and pharmacy handling during high-volume periods or team outages.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail: ability to prioritize demands and multi-task to complete daily objectives.
- Proficient in using web browsers, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to interact with internal and external vendors to ensure customer and company needs are met according to our Level of Service standards.
- Desire to work in and adapt quickly to a fast-paced, rapidly growing department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
