We are an equal-opportunity employer looking for qualified individuals to join the Adco Family. We are searching for an enthusiastic part-time, experienced Maintenance Person to troubleshoot appliances, attend to work orders, and turnover apartments in a timely fashion.
Some Skills we're looking for are:
- Plumbing
- Basic Electrical
- Drywall
- Paint
- Carpentry
- Use of Hand and Power tools efficiently
- Basic hand tools are required
- Valid driver’s license and your own vehicle
- General cleanliness of your work area before and after work completion
We are willing to teach and train for the right candidate if you don't have all the skills listed.
