What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Clerk position at Adcock Bros.?
Adcock Bros Inc, a high volume automotive wholesaler, is looking to fill a full-time clerical position. If you’re personable, reliable, good at multi-tasking, organized and you have competent computer skills, we want to hear from you.
Job Duties will include:
– Answering the phone, Transferring calls, Taking messages
– Emailing customers, faxing, and copying
– Data entry into our Inventory Management System
– Coordinating with Staff on task and time sensitive items
– Working with our Title staff on identifying data issues and working with clients to correct them
– Calling customers to followup on open tasks and requests for additional information
– Being organized to complete a list of weekly duties
Knowledge and use of Gmail, Office Suite, and Multi-Line Phone System is preferred but not required to apply. Applicant need to have the following skills to be successful:
