What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Office position at Adcock Employment?
We are seeking personality plus and someone that is willing to go the extra mile to add to our team. The perfect person to fill this position has to have excellent communication and relationship building skills. Someone with an outgoing personality, that is not afraid to deal with the public or heavy phones. Customer Service / Admin Office / Clerical duties are preferred, but not a must. We will train the right person.
Duties are but not limited to:
- Heavy phones
- Set appointments
- Cold Calling
- Keep detailed records of current and past applicants' information
- Interview applicants
- Identify and assess customers / clients' needs
- Generate leads
- Provide service information
- Problem solving with accuracy and efficiency
- Heavy data entry
- Excel, Word, LinkedIn, Networking skills preferred
- Filing
- Fill in for receptionist when needed
- Job Placement
- Ability and willingness to take on operational tasks
Requirements and Qualifications:
- EXCELLENT communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced office

Monday - Thursday 8:00 to 5:00, Friday 8:00 to 4:30
