What You’ll Do
- Drive Business Growth: Lead sales efforts and foster partnerships to grow revenue.
- Oversee Operations: Manage general contracting and ensure project success from start to finish.
- Build Efficiency: Develop and refine business processes to enhance productivity and scalability.
- Develop Key Partnerships: Build relationships with local campgrounds and other markets to drive business opportunities.
- Profit & Loss Accountability: Take ownership of the company’s financial health and ensure profitability.
- Lead Teams: Manage subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Client Relationships: Serve as the face of the company to clients, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Budget Oversight: Create and monitor project budgets to control costs and maximize margins.
What We’re Looking For
- Construction Knowledge: Working knowledge of construction; carpentry experience is highly preferred.
- Motivated Leader: Someone eager to learn and manage both construction and business operations.
- Self-Starter: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, taking ownership of their role.
- Sales Skills: Experience in sales or business development, especially in construction, is a plus.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required (candidates must upload a license during the application process).
