What You Can Expect
Location – Fort Lauderdale, FL

Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in construction-related litigation and arbitration, including contract disputes, defect claims, and insurance matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and other project-related documents.
Provide counsel on compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution in construction projects.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, and briefs.
Assist with depositions, hearings, and trials as required
Qualifications
2-5 years of construction law experience, with exposure to litigation and transactional matters preferred.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the bar in Florida, with the ability to practice law in the jurisdiction.
Strong analytical, writing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
