Our client, a leading entertainment company is looking for a Look Manager to join their dynamic team working to deliver the visual identity and atmosphere of globally recognized events.
As a Look Manager, you will oversee the scoping, production, installation, and removal of branding and signage across assigned venues. Reporting to the Look Managers Lead, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring venues meet high visual and operational standards.

Main Responsibilities as a Look Manager
- Finalize the scope of work for allocated venues and oversee all phases from planning to decommissioning.
- Specify materials and installation methods for Look elements.
- Collaborate with FIFA personnel, procurement, production, and operations teams.
- Manage client expectations through effective communication and documentation.
- Maintain high standards for venue presentation and contribute to social and sustainability goals.
Core Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Strong project management experience, ideally within large-scale international events.
- Practical knowledge of site operations, materials, and branding opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with databases; Adobe Suite skills are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to the USA for the project duration.
