Key responsibilities as a Real Estate Associate Attorney

  • Debt financing
  • Joint ventures
  • Acquisitions and dispositions
  • Development projects
  • Leasing transactions
  • Title and survey reviews

    • Ideal candidates will demonstrate

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the California State Bar.
  • 2-5 years in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Superior legal writing abilities.
  • Seeking a real estate associate with 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
