What you will be responsible for:
As an FP&A Manager at Aro Homes, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and shaping our financial future. This role involves forecasting, analyzing financial data, and providing actionable insights to enhance performance across the business. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a passion for sustainability, innovation, and numbers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve operational and financial outcomes.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, procurement, and acquisitions/sales) to provide financial insights and decision support.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and resource allocation to ensure optimal financial health.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses and provide recommendations to address business challenges or opportunities.
- Assist in implementing and improving financial systems, tools, and processes to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead implementation of FP&A software. (Vena, an excel based planning tool)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, consulting, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools; experience with ERP systems or financial software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
