Job Title: Clinical Supervisor (LCSW)
Location: Colorado Springs, CO (Fully In-Person)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a fully licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our team for either 31 or 39 hours per week. This role involves providing supervision and mentoring to newer clinicians, engaging in program development, and maintaining a caseload of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Mentoring: Guide and support newer clinicians, including pre-licensed providers, mental health technicians, and interns.
- Program Development: Assist in the development, supervision, and maintenance of innovative programs such as our Intensive Trauma Treatment Program and Club Aspen, our therapeutic after-school program.
- Client Care: Provide psychotherapy for youth and adults using evidence-based models, maintaining a caseload of assigned clients.
- Administrative Duties: Complete academic and clinical assignments on time, participate in referral calls, networking, and social media public education as needed.
- Team Participation: Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings (group supervision) and individual supervision.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with all applicable boards and licensure requirements, complete documentation within 24 hours, and adhere to all policies and procedures.
Work Schedule:
- 39 Hours per Week:
- Option 1: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Wednesdays 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM)
- Option 2: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Wednesdays 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM)
- 31 Hours per Week:
- 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Wednesdays 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work (MSW), counseling, or a related field.
- Active and applicable provisionary or terminal license in Colorado (e.g., LCSW, LPC, MFT).
- Good standing with DORA and all other applicable boards.
- 3 to 5 years of experience conducting individual/family trauma therapy (e.g., EMDR, TF-CBT, IFS, CPT).
- Ability to start the position within 60 days.
- Passion for supporting underserved communities.
- Have a high attention to detail to be able to maintain compliance, complete documentation within 24 hours, and follow all policies and procedures.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
