Role Description
The part-time on-site Administrative Aide will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, maintaining phone etiquette, effective communication, executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills to support daily operations at the store located in Ridgefield, CT.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the management team with administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
