Essential Responsibilities
Directs the development, implementation, and ongoing effectiveness of programs and strategies to achieve risk management program goals. Monitors performance against established targets. provides leadership and support.
Establishes a collaborative working relationship with facility and corporate leadership to identify and facilitate operational changes needed to improve and/or support care delivery and reduce risk to the organization, providers, staff and visitors.
Provides ongoing support to facility leadership through on-site reviews and ongoing education.
Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, implementation, and management of projects involving personnel in a variety of settings.
Strong skills in personal computer applications including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database systems, and presentation software.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business, Clinical, or Healthcare Management, required.
Understand and administrer regulatory requirements related to Risk Managment.
Ability to write and interpret policies.
Experience in oversight responsibility for mult-site operations.
Travel 25-50%
Strong aptitude for data analysis and reporting
