Position Overview:
Bradford Health Services is seeking a PM Counselor II or III to join our Nashville outpatient team. This position is responsible for providing addiction treatment services through individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and patient education. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health and be dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Educate patients and their families on substance use disorders, treatment options, and recovery strategies.
- Oversee caseload management and ensure compliance with treatment objectives.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
- Integrate 12-Step recovery programs into treatment plans when appropriate.
Qualifications:
For Counselor II:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- LAADC II certification required upon hire (TN).
- Two years of experience in addiction treatment preferred.
- CPR certification required upon hire.
For Counselor III:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social or Behavioral Science preferred.
- LAADC II certification required upon hire (TN).
- Two years of experience in addiction treatment preferred.
- CPR certification required upon hire.
