Job Summary: The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of our facility. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, conduct inspections, and address repair needs promptly to support the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
- Fire Safety Checks: Conduct regular fire safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Environment of Care: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Appliance Repairs/Replacement: Repair or replace faulty appliances as needed.
- Facility Walkthrough and Inspection: Conduct regular walkthroughs and inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
