Position: Licensed Therapist (Substance Use & Mental Health)
📍 Location: Chattanooga, TN – Bradford Health Services PHP/IOP Office
💼 Department: Clinical | Reports to: Clinical Manager
📅 Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt
What You’ll Do:
✔ Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support patient recovery in a PHP/IOP setting
✔ Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans
✔ Facilitate specialized therapy groups, such as trauma-informed care, relapse prevention, and 12-Step integration
✔ Maintain timely, clear, and compliant documentation of patient progress
✔ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic, high-quality care
✔ Educate patients and families on addiction, recovery, and mental health strategies
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Master’s Degree in Social or Behavioral Science (Required)
🔹 Professional Licensure (ALC, LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LICSW) – or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
🔹 Experience in addiction treatment preferred (2 years a plus!)
🔹 If in recovery, must have 2 years of verifiable sobriety
🔹 Strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach, and a commitment to ethical care
