Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and basic graphic design. This position offers hands-on experience in campaign execution, social media management, content creation, and branding. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance our brand presence and engage with our audience across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and analyzing content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Design simple graphics for social media, website content, and marketing materials using basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, or Photoshop).
- Support content creation efforts, including writing blog posts, social media captions, and marketing copy.
- Monitor website analytics and social media metrics, providing reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in SEO and PPC initiatives, including keyword research and ad campaign support.
- Coordinate marketing collateral production and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Work with external vendors, agencies, or influencers as needed for marketing collaborations.
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
- Basic skills in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Spark, or Photoshop.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Know and abide by the general provisions of 42 CFR Part 2, “Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records”; and 45 CFR “Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act”. This position has unrestricted access to patient health information.
