Minimum Qualifications:
✅ Master’s Degree in Social or Behavioral Science (required).
✅ Professional licensure required (ALC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, or LMFT) or eligibility to obtain within 90 days of hire.
✅ Minimum of 2 years of experience in addictions treatment.
✅ Experience working with special populations (e.g., Adults or Adolescents).
✅ CPR certification.
✅ Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
✅ Ability to thrive under stressful conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on addiction recovery.
- Lead specialty groups and educational sessions on addiction treatment.
- Document patient progress and coordinate care effectively.
- Integrate 12-Step Programs and Principles into treatment plans.
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
