Minimum Qualifications:

✔ Master’s Degree in Social or Behavioral Science (required)
✔ Professional licensure required (ALC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, or LMFT) or eligibility to obtain within 90 days of hire
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in addiction treatment
✔ Experience working with special populations (Adults or Adolescents)
✔ CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
✔ Strong communication and record-keeping skills
✔ Ability to work effectively under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Conduct comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
🔹 Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on addiction recovery
🔹 Facilitate specialty groups and educational sessions on addiction treatment
🔹 Document patient progress and coordinate care effectively
🔹 Integrate 12-Step Programs and Principles into treatment plans
🔹 Work collaboratively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
