Position : Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)

Schedule : Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts Available
What You'll Do :
Supervise and support patients in daily activities, ensuring adherence to program schedules
Conduct luggage & body searches to maintain safety standards
Facilitate recovery meetings & Book Studies , supporting patient engagement in treatment
Maintain awareness of patient locations and ensure program compliance
Assist with medication administration , working closely with counselors & nurses
Provide transportation for patients to appointments, outings, and meetings
Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment by maintaining professionalism and awareness
Complete documentation and assist the clinical team as needed
What We're Looking For :
High School Diploma or equivalent required (Undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science preferred)
1 year experience in addiction treatment or direct patient care preferred
Valid driver's license & good driving record (Must obtain F endorsement within 30 days)
CPR certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Strong communication skills & understanding of addiction recovery principles
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
