We are hiring a Environmental Specialist Manager for our growing team! The Environmental Specialist Manager will primarily be responsible for oversight and direction of a team of Environmental Specialists. Maintaining a safe and clean environment for both employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all Environmental duties located at the facilities in the Eastern Region.
• Manage any contractors that have been hired to provide services in our facilities ensuring that they are safe, qualified and providing the highest quality of workmanship.
• Outdoor Environmental duties include (but not limited to): Trash pickup, disposal of weeds around the properties, general ground maintenance and upkeep.
• Indoor Environmental duties include (but not limited to): Ensuring cleanliness of the facilities (sweeping, mopping, floor buffing/waxing, etc), keeping facility supplies in stock (kitchen, bathroom, and common areas).
• Oversee stock supply for all eastern facilities to ensure proper use of products, limit overstock of products and ensure staff and clients environmental needs are met.
• Maintain a respectful relationship with employees, interns and persons served/clients.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times displaying a professional disposition towards fellow staff.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s staff and persons served/clients alike.
• Bring policy/personnel issues to supervision as they arise.
• Protect the privacy of all staff and persons served/client information in accordance with Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s privacy policies, procedures and practices, as required by federal and state law, and in accordance with general principles of professionalism as a healthcare provider. Failure to comply with Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s policies and procedures on persons served/client privacy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
• May access protected health information (PHI) and other persons served/client information only to the extent that is necessary to complete your job duties. The incumbent may only share such information with those who have a need to know specific persons served/client information you have in your possession to complete their job responsibilities related to treatment, payment or other Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s operations.
• Expected to report, without the threat of retaliation, any concerns regarding Addiction Recovery Care Center/Odyssey, Inc.’s policies and procedures on persons served/client privacy and any observed practices in violation of the policy to their supervisor.
• Performs other duties assigned.

Key Experience and Education Needed:

• High School Diploma of GED.
