Another Way Inc is an Opioid Treatment Program located in Takoma Park, MD. We are currently seeking a Charge Nurse to join our team in Takoma Park, MD. As the Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including assigning duties and monitoring performance
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to nursing practice
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
Requirements:
- LPN license in the state of Maryland
- Preferred 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience working with individuals with substance use disorder preferred
