We are seeking a Certified Recovery Mentor (DHS Navigator) to work closely with Oregon DHS Child Welfare to support families impacted by substance use disorders (SUD).

This role helps parents navigate treatment, recovery, and support services to reduce the negative impact of addiction on child safety. The DHS Navigator serves as a liaison between DHS, treatment providers, and community agencies to ensure clients receive the services they need—from assessment through aftercare.

This is a field-based position requiring travel to ODHS Child Welfare offices, client homes, courts, correctional facilities, and treatment programs. While this role supports ODHS, the CRM DHS Navigator is an employee of ARC and will maintain regular contact with ARC’s onsite supervisor, attending supervision and team meetings to ensure alignment with ARC’s best practices.

Occasional on-call availability required: The successful candidate may be required to be available for on-call duties during evenings, weekends, or holidays on an occasional basis to address urgent matters or emergencies.

ARC is an anti-harassment and anti-racism agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for all staff and clients.
