What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at Addictive Desert Designs?
Now located in Chandler, AZ in a brand new, state-of-the-art, climate controlled, 160,000 sq. ft. facility.
Summary of Key Responsibilities: The Assembler is responsible for assembling products from start to finish.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Daily production tracking for build counts and flow.
- Assembling products from start to finish including panels, lights, and actuators.
- Quality control of all finished products before they are transferred to shipping.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Assembling products accurately, thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of basic hand tools (cordless impact, wrenches, cordless drill, and rivet guns)
- Knowledge of manufacturing assembly flow.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and be a team player to accomplish the company goals.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Contributes to building a positive team spirit and puts success of team above own interests.
- MUST have reliable transportation and comply with Company attendance policy.
Summary of Experience and Education
- Must be 18 or over.
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or a warehousing environment.
Compensation
Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 / hr DOE
