Job Summary:
LPN Shift Charge Nurse for 54 unit Memory Care Assisted Living.
Medication management, and directing care givers to meet the wellness and dignity needs of seniors with dementia.
Responsibilities:
Manage an electronic clinical chart data base regarding medication management, change of conditions, and othe rnursing related documentation
- Document care provided and report any changes in condition to the appropriate personn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
