Candidates must have experience working with children and be organized and collaborative. Successful candidates will demonstrate an interest in child development, commitment to student-centered, inquiry-based teaching and learning, a capacity to differentiate instruction around student learning styles and abilities, and strong behavior management skills. Candidates should possess a passion for working with young children, collaborating on a teaching team, and a growth mindset about their own practice.
