Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' mobility and motor assets and liabilities for functional performance; Develop and implement goal-directed treatment plans to promote optimal independence in functional mobility and daily life tasks; Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and coordinate interventions; Provide patient/family and community education to promote understanding and self-management;
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license; BCLS certification; Vaccination against influenza (flu) and COVID-19 as a condition of employment; Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team; Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
