Mobility Expert for Patient-Centered Treatment

About This Position: We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will focus on enhancing patients' mobility and independence, enabling them to participate fully in daily life activities. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' mobility and motor assets and liabilities for functional performance; Develop and implement goal-directed treatment plans to promote optimal independence in functional mobility and daily life tasks; Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and coordinate interventions; Provide patient/family and community education to promote understanding and self-management;

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license; BCLS certification; Vaccination against influenza (flu) and COVID-19 as a condition of employment; Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team; Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
