Job Responsibilities:
- Input payroll data into Unemployment Report - reconcile errors
- Back up on specific weekly reporting
- Create monthly invoices and email them to customers
- Apply payments to invoices
- Create Journal Vouchers for all other deposits
- Maintain ageing accounts receivable
- Prepare and print accounts payable checks.
- AR - reconciling bank statements
- Send out monthly GLs
- AP
- Additional duties as assigned
- Detail oriented
- Strong Accounting knowledge
- 3-5 years in an accounting role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proven team player who can adapt quickly
- Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects
