Accounts Payable Analyst – Hybrid (Temp-to-Perm)
Center City, Philadelphia
Pay Rate : $28.00 - $30.00
About the Opportunity :
Addison Group is hiring for an Accounts Payable Analyst on behalf of our client, a well-established company in the commercial services industry. This is a hybrid role with two days a week remote. Our client offers a supportive, open-door management style, a laid-back office culture, and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and track accuracy of priority invoices (utilities, rent, benefits)
- Recommend invoice priorities weekly to the AP Manager to ensure timely payments
- Collaborate with General Accounting and Finance teams for accurate expense allocations
- Maintain online portal access for vendor accounts
- Assist with training AP team members as needed
- Reconcile priority vendor accounts regularly
- Record corrective entries for payables accuracy
- Ensure compliance with audit, fraud prevention, and tax reporting policies
- Support month-end closing processes
- Foster strong communication within AP and other departments
