Accounts Payable Specialist – Seattle, WA

Salary - $60k-$75k

Our Seattle based client is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. Candidate must have 3 years of Accounts Payable experience. The Accounts Payable Specialist role consists of owning the AP process and identifying efficiencies in the AP process. Implementation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

· Handle all aspects of A/P for the Seattle office and its development projects from invoice processing, vendor set up and compliance to check or electronic payment, delivery and follow up

· Contract administration on development projects

· Vendor audits and invoice research

· Year end 1099 preparation

· Assist as needed with monthly financial schedules and lender/equity monthly draws for corporate and project entities at various stages of development, construction or post construction

· Payment reports and tracking

· Perform other accounting or administrative tasks as needed

· Assist the project development team with various projects and tasks as needed

· Administrative duties include photocopying, filing, preparing, organizing and maintaining accounting/contract records
