Addison Group is hiring a Social Media Specialist for our client, a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to empowering the Latino community. This organization is seeking a strategic and creative social media professional to oversee their digital presence, execute campaigns, and drive engagement across multiple platforms. This is a contract role (3-4 months) with potential for extension.
Job Description :
The Social Media Manager will lead day-to-day execution of social media strategies, ensuring content aligns with the organization's mission and brand voice. The role involves content creation, campaign management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to increase engagement and visibility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Platform & Campaign Management : Execute social media strategy across platforms, including organic, paid, and earned campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Content Creation & Analytics : Develop engaging bilingual content, schedule posts, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies based on data.
- Operations & Collaboration : Manage social media projects, oversee branding consistency, and work with influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
- Community Engagement : Act as the digital voice of the organization, fostering engagement and meaningful interactions with followers.
- Mentorship & Leadership : Supervise direct reports, ensuring team collaboration and efficiency in campaign execution.
