An Addison Group client is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team in the Philadelphia market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Foster business expansion by increasing the client base.
• Achieve or surpass established sales goals.
• Secure client referrals through professional referral networks.
• Engage with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare centers to drive sales for Home Care Staffing.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with current referral sources.
• Represent the agency with professionalism and expertise within the healthcare sector.
• Identify, develop, and participate in community marketing initiatives.
• Provide compassionate care and resolve issues for both clients and caregivers.
• Educate support coordination organizations about AmeriBest services.
