Role : Collections Specialist - Contract to Hire
Location : Nashville, TN
Pay Rate Range : $20 - $24 / hour

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Manage a portfolio of clients and collect on past due accounts
- Discuss and set up payment plans as needed
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
