Job Description :
As an Contract Claims Representative, you will be responsible for guiding borrowers through the insurance claims process, ensuring all claims are accurately processed, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. This role requires a professional demeanor, empathy, and attention to detail to ensure compliance and successful claim resolutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist borrowers through the difficult process of property loss, providing empathetic support and clear communication.
- Review and evaluate insurance claims and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Work directly with borrowers, insurance companies, adjusters, and contractors to gather required information and resolve claim-related issues.
- Communicate resolutions that balance the best interests of the borrower with the company’s risk management policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain professionalism and clarity in all interactions with borrowers, contractors, insurance providers, and other parties involved in the claims process.
