What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Addison Group?
Addison Group has exclusively partnered with a growing subcontractor in the Lewisville area in search of a financial leader to partner directly with ownership. My client, a growing subcontractor in the multifamily construction industry, is seeking an individual who has the desire to make things better, someone who would like to partner with the CEO/owner to support business decisions, both operational and financial. This role will the month end close process, work directly with the PMs on job status, work with the external CPA, manage banking relationships and oversee risk management. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Construction Controller who would like more exposure to the business side, someone who wants to participate in strategic decisions.
