Duties:
- Manage, monitor, and take ownership of the shared email inbox to ensure efficient and effective communication.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including breweries and distributors, by promptly responding to inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
- Follow up on billing inquiries and address outstanding accounts receivable to maintain financial stability and client satisfaction.
- Review financial and inventory data meticulously, identifying patterns, opportunities for growth, and potential errors to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide support to colleagues by assisting with various projects and tasks as needed, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- Utilize metrics to analyze inbox activity, manage workload, and follow up on pending tasks, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs and priorities.
